Position Summary:
We are seeking an IT Systems Programmer II to join our growing team! The IT Systems Programmer II for OSG USA is the key Innovator responsible for integrating technology in order to improve business processes for the organization.
This includes the troubleshooting and maintenance of the ERP system, as well as the creation, troubleshooting and maintenance of related reports, integrations such as EDI, customizations and support tools.
Job Functions for an IT Systems Programmer II:
Builds and/or tests and validates requested and approved customizations, integrations, and reports
Supports delta lake data table population as requested and approved
Maintains delta lake integrity by creating permissions, conducting audits as well as corrective action plans as needed
Supports and/or tests potential changes in integrations, customizations due to changes by Microsoft in its D365 platform
Performs data imports and exports as required whether for ERP or related integrations such as but not limited to EDI
Ensure data security, access controls, and compliance with industry standards and regulations within the Microsoft Dynamics environment
In rotation with team, oversees month end processes
Assist in creation of reports or dashboards related to financial or KPI’s using PowerBI
Takes care of assigned helpdesk tickets assigned to the role and meet KPI expectations
Manages and maintains change order documentation and version controls
Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics updates, tools, and technologies to maximize the platform's potential
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications for an IT Systems Programmer II:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
5 years experience computer programming in X++, C#, and/or SQL for business
Experience with Microsoft Office Products, Windows operating systems, and E-mail products (MS Outlook and MS Exchange, Office 365)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with system integration, web services, and API development
Knowledge of database management, SQL, and data modeling
Preferred Qualifications for an IT Systems Programmer II:
Related IT and cybersecurity certifications
Experience in software development
