Senior Integration Solution Architect

Job Description: Mars is a leading CPG company dedicated to innovation and growth.
In order to support major transformation programs happening in our various segments, we are seeking for an experienced and skilled Senior Integration Solution Architect.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end integration solutions that seamlessly connect diverse systems and applications.
As a Senior Integration Solution Architect, you will leverage your deep technical expertise and strategic vision to drive the integration strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives at a program but also corporate level.
The position involves global responsibilities, requiring coordination and communication with various internal teams within Mars DT, both within the same Division and across different Mars DT Divisions.
What are we looking for? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Extensive hands-on experience designing and implementing integration solutions in complex enterprise environments.
Proven experience as an Integration Solution Architect, with a focus on designing and implementing complex integration solutions.
In-depth knowledge of integration patterns, messaging protocols, and API management.
Strong expertise in enterprise integration technologies such as ESBs, iPaaS, and middleware platforms such as Mulesoft, Azure Integration Services, Solace, SAP BTP integration services, Axway or similar.
Experience with cloud-based integration solutions (e.
g.
, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Strong understanding of security considerations and best practices for integration, including authentication, authorization, and data encryption.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a global organisation.
Leadership experience and the ability to influence and drive consensus among technical and non-technical teams.
What will be your key responsibilities? Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the design of scalable integration solutions, emphasizing scalability and performance.
Technology Evaluation and Selection: participate in evaluation and recommendation of integration technologies, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable integration architectures.
Best Practices and Standards: Establish and enforce integration best practices, standards, and guidelines.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration solutions.
Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor junior team members and collaborate with other architects to drive overall technology strategy.
Evangelisation: ensure that project and program teams understand integration concepts and know what they can expect out of it.
Communicate integration value and capabilities.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and integration patterns to drive innovation within the organization.
Participate in the estimation of project timelines, resources, and budgets related to integration efforts.
