Corrigo Business Analyst Job Description The Corrigo Business Analyst is responsible for system design using a strategy to meet evolving business needs, and requires alignment with business intelligence (BI), operations, and solutions development objectives.
This role touches many aspects of service delivery, and client relationships that are critical to the success of the Mobile Engineering business.
General duties include system configuration, records maintenance for system users, companies, properties, assets, work order scheduling, system/data integrity and auditing.
Responsibilities Develop and deliver high quality Corrigo system and process solutions that solve complex business needs and issues based on business requirements, MSA/MOU/Contracts, reporting needs, system functions, process workflows, module deployments, system enhancements, and third-party integrations.
Gather and assess critical business information to support business objectives and desired outcomes based on best practices, feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses, risk assessments, etc.
Develop the knowledge, and experience to be recognized as an SME regarding Corrigo when configured in the Enterprise as a Service Provider (EaaSP) Collaborate with Operations, BI, and SD to fill the role of system architect adapting the platform to meet the business needs, develop new product offerings, and growth opportunities Maintain and demonstrate a thorough understanding of Corrigo product features and system and operational process expertise by participating or presenting training and knowledge shares and by utilizing documented resources.
Design and document end-to-end, scalable business processes, and workflows for current and future states.
Partner with international teams and clients to meet global requirements, including languages and localization.
Positively influence, negotiate, and guide others to gain buy-in and support for change and outcomes.
Thoroughly perform system and process troubleshooting and proactively engage colleagues for support when required.
Prepare and execute test strategies and scripts for new systems, implementations, enhancements, and process workflows.
Prepare and deliver training, how-to/process documentation to clients and users related to deployment activities.
Monitor project progress and schedule.
Anticipate and identify gaps, risks, and changes and utilize established change control processes.
Effectively communicate the impact of changes to all stakeholders and reestablish expectations as required and per change management processes.
Maintain effective communications with supervisors, project sponsors, clients, and colleagues.
Proactively share and escalate issues through proper channels.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop or enhance the product and processes.
Work with the Data Management team to maintain the existing Corrigo system, deploy new modules, and implement system modifications to meet the needs of business growth.
Collaborate with the business finance team to identify improvement opportunities, and system gaps hampering business growth.
Document and perform throughout hand-off per requirements and schedule, including sharing opportunities for additional Corrigo and JLL services, product functions and modules, and integrations.
Define and maintain best practices, processes, and white papers based on documented lessons learned, process and system changes to enhance data quality, usability, security, and availability and deployment activities.
Actively participates in continuous improvement of internal business analyst functions by creating or updating and sharing tools and processes.
Perform all project and operational activities within defined parameters and schedule.
Complete other projects and responsibilities added at manager's discretion.
Partner with peers and other colleagues to complete or troubleshoot projects and solutions as required.
Effectively delegate and oversee applicable deployment and project activities per team guidelines and expectations.
Estimate, track, and report work and project time per business requirements.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration or Computer Science) 3+ years of relevant software/business experience Experience working with Maximo / CMMS systems is a PLUS Must have experience conducting business needs analysis sessions, workflow assessments, and creating business and functional requirements documents.
Must have prior experience or knowledge of use case development.
Proficient with MS Project or similar product, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Word.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, specifically using formulas for data analysis Must have prior experience in an external customer/client facing environment Team-oriented, very responsible, self-motivated, and focused on exceeding client expectations Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong strategic analytical skills with an ability to carry through with delivering on implementation of the strategies.
Ability to communicate effectively to all relevant stakeholders: from new client prospects, existing clients, internal managed staff to the internal Executive team and major shareholders.
Ability to provide accurate analysis and assessment, while maintaining a sense of urgency to meet the needs of business changes.
Knowledge of analysis techniques and tools including soliciting and documenting business and system processes.
Must have proven ability to understand a complex technical environment.
Experience conducting business assessments & analysis, and interpreting the results into custom multifaceted enterprise solutions Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities and driving continuous improvement.
Knowledge and ability to understand and negotiate complex risk and influence change.
Ability to work across departments internally to solve any client issues that arise Working Environment: Position is remotely based.
