Come be a part of a team that is shaping the future of sports experiences! Responsibilities: Spearhead the architecting, build-out, deployment, maintenance, and improvements to all mobile software applications for the Chicago Bulls using React Native.
Deal with a wide variety of frameworks and products.
We have everything from products that need to be built from scratch, products that we’ve built that need to be evolved, and products that are made from an aggregation of multiple vendors’ software that need to be iterated on.
Architect APIs, complex business logic, build beautiful frontends, and implement 3rd party integrations working alongside other curious engineers and team members.
Share responsibility for reviewing pull requests to ensure code quality and applications are maintainable and scalable.
Train and mentor junior engineers in their development growth.
Collaborate with designers and product managers on the implementation of requirements.
Write automated tests.
Contribute to the Bulls’ internal standards and processes.
Qualifications: 5+ years of software development experience with React Native.
An understanding of software development methodologies and a dedication to following them.
Comfort in reviewing others’ code and providing relevant and clear feedback to overall improve a code base.
Comfort with paired programming and teaching other engineers on software engineering methodologies, solutions, and implementation.
