What You’ll Do
The Learning Advisor role is a highly skilled learning consultant that supports their individual business line at Wintrust.
Learning Advisors are high-performing technical and learning experts tasked with strategically managing the development needs of their individual business line.
The Learning Advisor role reports to the Learning Advisor Director.
Acts as a partner and advisor to business leaders and operates in alignment with Learning and Development and Human Resource leaders.
Establishes trusted partnerships as a consultant to the business employing diplomacy, objectivity, and learning sciences, while utilizing advanced understanding and skill sets, to create targeted learning solutions by translating business outcomes and strategy into performance outcomes, moments that matter application, and learning objectives.
Perform project intake process that confirms business requirements, engagement and sustainment to support the implementation of effective learning solutions.
Design, develop and deliver (facilitate and/or other) learning solutions, using department standards, that support and align with strategic business objectives and KPIs.
Stays current on learning research and industry best practice, experimenting with new applications and processes to optimize learning experiences, accelerate business outcomes, support the development of colleagues, and builds Enterprise Learning capabilities.
Acts as a mentor to Learning and Development colleagues while leveraging industry best practice and supporting multi-discipline learning experiences.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent
5-7 years experience as a learning advisor
Learning Advisor experience with Loan Mortgage experience preferred
