What You’ll Do
Sports and entertainment ticket management - Intake requests/review ticket request forms - Purchase and assign tickets - .
Maintain ticket request form files and spreadsheets - Place suite catering orders - Communicate status of ticket requests with requesters - Reconcile, prepare and relay monthly ticket cost allocations to finance department - Transfer tickets to requesters - Work with Community Impact team to regarding donation requests for tickets
Maintain relationships with sports and entertainment teams and venues
Request and collect post game/event attendee reports from staff
Process invoices
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical for various programs
Reconcile and submit monthly credit card invoice
Assist with events, loyalty programs and sponsorship team projects
Qualifications
5+ years experience in a related position
Role is a blend of operational, administrative and strategic support functions
Detailed oriented individual who can manage multiple projects seamlessly
Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment
Basic understanding of projects and team roles and functions to effectively assist in coordinating activities and tasks
Follow best practices and ensure requirements are met and documented
College degree or equivalent preferred
