*Position Overview:*
We are currently seeking experienced and motivated 53ft semi-truck owner-operators to join our dispatching service.
As a valued partner, you will benefit from our comprehensive dispatch support, which includes finding the best loads, negotiating rates, and handling paperwork, so you can focus on safe and efficient transportation.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Safely transport freight across various distances in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain communication with the dispatch team to receive load information and updates.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to trucking and freight transportation.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle and equipment are in good working order.
- Manage documentation related to freight transport, including bills of lading, fuel receipts, and hours of service logs.
- Provide exceptional service to shippers and receivers, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Utilize our dispatching services for load planning and scheduling to optimize your time on the road.
*Requirements:*
- Ownership of a 53ft semi-truck in good condition, compliant with all DOT regulations.
- Valid Class A CDL and a clean driving record.
- A minimum of 2 years of driving experience with a 53ft semi-truck.
- Must have active insurance (Liability and Cargo).
- Strong time management and communication skills.
