Purchasing Coordinator
DRF Trusted Property Solutions has an immediate opportunity for a Purchasing Coordinator.
Key responsibilities include purchasing parts, fittings and heaters as well as maintaining accurate inventory levels.
Work directly under our Purchasing Manager.
We are looking for someone who is adaptive, interpersonal, and can get things done.
Being able to learn quickly and support the team in multiple facets is key to this role.
In-office, daytime shift (7a.
m.
) with rotating Saturday shifts.
Saturday shift can be completed at home.
Key responsibilities for the Purchasing Coordinator include:
Maintain sufficient inventory levels to meet the demands of the business.
Order and schedule deliveries appropriately.
Verify receipt of goods.
Source items at competitive prices.
Maintain good supplier relationships.
Excellent communication, internally and externally, verbal and written.
Be adaptive to meet the needs of our customers.
Qualifications:
Associate degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven experience in administrative roles, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially excel and other relevant software.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
