Position Overview
➢ Purpose and Scope
To provide administrative support to the Manager and the Facilities Logistics
Department.
Essential Job Functions
➢ Responsibilities:
▪ Performs Check ins for Facilities Logistics Staff and reports attendance issues to Manager and Field Supervisors.
▪ Assisting with attendance issues and staff follow up.
▪ Interviewing and Conducting orientations.
▪ Manages Uniform distributions.
▪ Assist with driver questions or requests.
▪ Monitor and Distribute work for the transfer shuttle.
▪ Sort Payroll and Important documents for distribution.
▪ Answer telephones and provide information/assist on customer service calls.
▪ Occasionally assist at messenger centers.
▪ Provides new supervisor training.
▪ Report all discrepancies and issues to Operations Manager.
▪ Abide by all US Messenger company rules and regulations.
▪ Performs other related duties as required.

Communicating frequently with staff and customers following up on any requests or concerns.
▪ Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals accurately effectively presenting information and responding to questions from group of managers, employees, customers, and the general public.
▪ Ability to operate company computers and various software packages.
▪ Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
▪ Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
▪ Ability to handle and resolve problems.
*Experience/Education:*
Two Year related Logistics Administrator experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED equivalence.

*REQUIREMENTS: *To perform the essential functions of the job, incumbents must be able to perform the following:
Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, climbing, crawling, walking, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing/listening, repetitive motion, seeing/observing.
Heavy Work: Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to
50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.
