What You'll Do: Scout neighborhoods and communities for potential properties that meet our investment criteria.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to evaluate property potential and market trends.
Build relationships with property owners, agents, and other industry professionals to uncover off-market opportunities.
Provide detailed reports and insights on properties, including location, condition, and investment potential.
