Family of 4 looking for a 3 bedroom home (Marengo)

Hello, we are a family of 4 - husband, wife, and two children looking for at least a 3-bedroom home or a 2-bedroom home with a basement that could be used as a 3rd bedroom.
We also have two small dogs, under 10 pounds.
We have been renting our current home for the last 4 1/2 years and our landlord needs us to move by February 15, 2024, as they have family moving back to the area and need our house to accommodate their family.
We are not your average renters and we will treat your property as our own.
Our current landlord can provide you with a good reference and attest to our ability to maintain property and stay up to date on rent.
While living here we put in our own money to improve the property and landscape.
We would like to stay in the Marengo - Union area if possible until our youngest finishes high school (4 years).
If needed we can move but need to stay within an hour's drive of Crystal Lake as our oldest daughter and my husband work in Crystal Lake, I work from home.
We would like to move in as soon as possible so we can ensure that we meet the deadline so the landlord's family can move in on time.
