Solo student (perfer near transit)

I'm looking or move in with kind neighbors or move into a solo space within a kind neighborhood.
I perfer near public transit since I don't have a car and need help to get a license.
I would need wifi or hotspot.
I am a student so I'm in need of a job, as of recently, the help finding 1 and getting on my feet with help would be a plus.
