Visually inspect mold prior to installing into machine
Connect water and or oil lines and check for water flow and temperature
Complete setup procedure with assistance
Load program into machine per specified settings
Handle dies with care to prevent damage
Perform scheduled PM functions and complete PM log sheets
Work closely with machine operators and Quality Department to solve process and machine related problems
Verify nozzle and pot temperature are correct
Check quality of parts according to Tool Set-up Verification Sheet
Follow the complete operational procedure of the assigned machine
Be familiar with emergency procedures for both manual and automatic operation
