The entry level HVAC Techwill perform a variety of duties related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems including but not limited to portable air conditioners, ground thaw equipment and temporary heaters for commercial, industrial, residential and special event customers.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC/R systems, including refrigeration units and appliances.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC/R systems to determine the root cause of problems.
- Install and replace components, such as compressors, motors, and thermostats.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper functioning of HVAC/R systems.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working on equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions.
-Knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration principles, and electrical components.
- Furnace and AC replacement and installation
- Ductwork repair and installation, and indoor air quality
- Boiler and hydronic system repair, maintenance and installation
-Perform minor to moderate plumbing work
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in HVAC/R, appliance repair, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen
-Valid Driver’s License (the position requires driving company vehicle)
