Our team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Insulation Crew Supervisor to lead our projects to success.
*Job Description:* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Insulation Crew Supervisor to oversee our insulation teams.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supervising insulation projects, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.
*MANDATORY:* Minimum 2 years of experience in insulation installation and supervision.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Supervise and coordinate the activities of the insulation crew.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
* Train and mentor new crew members.
* Manage project timelines and resources efficiently.
* Conduct quality control inspections.
* Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project.
*Requirements:* * *MANDATORY:* Minimum 2 years of experience in insulation installation and supervision.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Knowledge of various insulation materials and installation techniques.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in construction or related field is a plus.
