As a Beauty Advisor, you play a pivotal role in driving retail and beauty station express service sales through an authentic passion for beauty.
You will create strong client connections by providing exceptional customer service, expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
In this role you’ll create a positive and engaging interactive shopping experience that enhances the client’s journey at Tricoci.
This role reports directly to the General Manager.
Here are some highlights of what you will be doing in this role:
Provide Exceptional Client Experience
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
Actively listen to clients’ needs and concerns to provide personalized product recommendations, to build trust and brand loyalty.
Provide product demonstrations and tutorials to enhance the client’s understanding and usage of all retail products.
KPI Achievement
Meet and exceed sales goals through effective communication and personalized client recommendations with 3 primary KPIs:
§ Retail Sales/HR
§ Service Sales/HR
§ Retail Conversion
Offer express treatments to enhance the client experience.
Participate in client promotions, events, and other initiatives to drive revenue.
Product Knowledge
Stay informed about the latest beauty practices, industry trends, and product launches.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Tricoci’s product assortment and brands.
Educate clients on skincare routines, beauty techniques, and hair care selections.
Retail Presentation and Compliance
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards within the retail department.
Assist in maintaining planograms and support visual merchandising standards.
Ensure the retail floor is consistently stocked with product from backstock.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Training & Development
Attend all required training classes to enhance product knowledge and customer service.
Stay relevant on all services and trends through Tricoci resources, as well as outside influences.
Here are some of the skills that we are looking for in this individual:
Minimum 2 years of retail/customer service experience in beauty/spa/salon or related industry.
Highly driven to achieve goals encompassing cross-selling and upselling to maximize revenue opportunities.
Self-starter able to work independently with little or no direction.
Collaborative team player who fosters a positive and goal-oriented culture within the retail department
Strong ability to create connections with clients through interpersonal and customer service skills.
Stay current with new beauty trends as well as new product offerings; must have a high level of retail and product knowledge to support revenue opportunities.
Dedicated to achieving excellent results.
Professional demeanor and appearance, representing the Tricoci brand.
Available to travel locally as needed.
