We are looking for a driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the full design and implementation of the digital marketing plan across paid media channels, including email and SMS marketing.
You will be working in a hands-on role, reporting to the Senior Director Brand Marketing and work collaboratively with internal and external partners to own and drive results through data and outcomes.
This role will be three days a week in office/salons.
Here are some highlights of what actions you will be doing in this role: Own the email and SMS marketing program, developing and deploying automated flows, promotional emails, win-back series, and ad-hoc campaigns.
Continually optimize email and SMS, CRM programs; monitor KPIs and adjust strategy and content as necessary.
Grow email and SMS database, optimizing campaigns to drive customer retention, repeat purchases and conversion.
Efficiently deploys the paid media budget and is responsible for optimizing the budget to maximize business objectives and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Oversee SEO and SEM strategies; ensures optimal utilization of branded and non-branded campaigns and partners with web team to optimize website for SEO ranking.
Consistently monitors marketing trends and competitors, identifying areas of opportunity to test and learn.
Concept and brief designer on digital marketing creative needs.
Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry and provide recommendations for application to the business.
Coordinate digital marketing activation plans to ensure site landing pages meet the needs of campaigns.
Synthesize data across all paid and owned channels into a monthly performance report that gets shared with executive management.
Identify new test and learn opportunities through A/B testing of content and audiences and participation in new channels.
Share paid campaigns with organic social counterparts; drive landing page destination of organic posts and tag links with analytics to understand performance.
Ensure media agency receives first party data on a regular basis to maximize targeting efforts.
Evaluate and report on key metrics that affect our website traffic, conversions, and target audience.
Analyze and report on key channel metrics weekly and monthly in site and sales performance review meetings.
Here are some of the skills and background that we are looking for in this individual: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
4-6 years’ experience driving CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and performance marketing programs in a service or omnichannel retail environment.
2-3 years’ hands-on experience building and executing lead generation and nurturing campaigns at the agency or brand level.
Experience managing offline marketing channels to drive B2C customer acquisition, lead generation and/or revenue generation.
Experience managing display, paid search and paid social channels in B2C organization.
Fluency in email marketing best practices and CAN-SPAM Laws with hands-on experience building responsive HTML/CSS emails from scratch or leveraging templates.
A results-driven workstyle with focus on action and attention to detail, act with a sense of urgency and high accountability; self-starter who is results driven.
Problem solving skills to assess the needs by gathering information and providing alternatives to reach the overall goals.
Proven track record of collaboration and building active partnerships.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced, high energy and evolving environment while meeting goals and deadlines.
Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, to handle critical situations utilizing good judgment and professionalism.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Well-versed in email marketing and SMS platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, etc.
) with experience managing ESP integrations.
Proven success in driving engagement and revenue growth through email/SMS campaigns and loyalty/retention programs.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Deep understanding of performance marketing channels and best practices.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, and with A/B and multivariate experiments.
Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and website analytics tools (e.
g.
, Google Analytics, Omniture, WebTrends).
