*Role Purpose:* As the Wellness Business and Operations Manager, you'll lead our spa's daily operations and small, close-knit team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and client-focused services.
This role is central to fostering positive client relationships, managing innovative wellness technologies, and contributing to the spa's positive environment and success.
*Key Responsibilities* * Oversee daily spa operations, emphasizing quality, care, and client satisfaction.
* Supervise and support our team of Wellness Therapists, including performance monitoring, training, and payroll management.
* Engage in direct client services, ensuring standards of care are met and positive experiences are provided.
* Develop and execute team and client strategies and events that align with our brand and mission, driving a positive experience.
* Implement data analysis and strategic planning in collaboration with senior management to identify trends, set service and team targets, and enhance business operations.
* Maintain professional client interactions, managing appointments, and ensuring a seamless service experience.
* Ensure all client and operational data is accurately captured and analyzed for continuous improvement.
* Coordinate with owners and Growth Manager, and carry out operational facets of team programs.
*Requirements* * Management or supervisory experience.
* Strong computer skills with an understanding of management analytics and customer service excellence.
* Effective communication skills, capable of building both client and team relationships.
* A love for leading a team.
* Professional demeanor with a focus on client needs, multi-tasking abilities, and teamwork.
*Preferred Qualifications* * Experience or degree in medical, wellness, or beauty field – or wellness/spa experience.
* First Aid/CPR certification.
* Bilingual abilities.
* Proven sales and retail management experience.
*Compensation and Work Schedule* Full-Time position.
Competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000, depending on experience.
