There are 2 options possible for this unit that is currently occupied by 2 people(myself and my roommate and we are 22 year old working male).
I am needing to break the lease and move to Europe due to which I am looking for someone to either take over the lease of whole unit OR take over my share of the lease so you and my roommate can share the apartment together.
Following are the 2 options: Option 1: Someone ready to take over my share of the lease that I am ready to sublet.
That way you and my existing room-mate who is a 22 year old male would be the legal tenants and responsible people of this unit from now on till 9/30/2024.
Option 2: Someone ready to take over the lease of the whole unit so current room-mate can also move out and you will be responsible for lease from here onwards.
You will be making a new lease with the apartment management directly.
This is a luxury apartment community and it has washer and dryer in the unit.
There are great amenities like club house, Gym, pool available as well.
