Professional gay black man looking for room (Roger's Park, Lincolnwood, Evanston)

I'm seeking a room(preferably LGBT friendly) to move into.
I do currently have a stable job and comfortably able to afford up to $1,200 or so in rent.
I'm respectful, quite and cleanly I don't intend on having any friends or company over.
I do have a pet dog (A friendly great Dane) who has his own kennel he can stay in if need be.
