Wanted: Room for rent (Pilsen and nearby neighborhoods)

I’m a clean, respectful, quiet individual in my 30’s that is seeking a room for rent in or very close to Pilsen.
I will also be gone around 2-3 nights per week, so I won’t be there all week.
Furnished or unfurnished is okay.
I’m seeking a very temporary situation for 2 months.
(Starting around May 6th) moving out by or on July 1st.
I’m fine living with most types of people, the main thing is that I would like it to be clean and in nice shape and the roommates be clean, respectful and not super noisy and the bathroom isn’t gross.
My budget is dependent on how large the room is and how nice the space is.
But I’m looking to pay around $400 per month (including all utilities).
I like animals, but I do prefer a place without animals.
