Looking for Furnished room 6/2-8/2 (Evanston, Edgewater, Rogers Park)

Hi, I am looking for a 2-month short-term furnished rental, a private room with a private bathroom, from June 1st-August 1, in or close to Edgewater.
My max budget is $1000 for home share private room with a private bathroom, which must include all utilities & WIFI (No AC).
I prefer to stay with a female or female identifying person for the home share option.
It needs to be on the first floor with very few steps to climb or the building must have an elevator.
