Each will pay $1,175 for rent by the last day of every month including electricity.
The building is located right across Grant Park and a 15 minute walk to the lakefront.
The building has security and leasing office and maintenance working in building from Monday-Sunday.

The building includes multiple amenities such as laundry in building, maintenance requests, leasing office available Monday-Friday 9-5pm, mail package protection, lounge / business area and bike storage area.
The living room is somewhat furnished and includes 2 couches, a table, 2 bookshelves and a tv.

A little about me: I graduated last year and have been working in my career for the last 4 years as a music critic and magazine journalist and have multiple streams of stable income and have been living in this apartment and South Loop for the last four years.
I have a full time corporate job that allows me to work from home and also work retail.
I love collecting records, vintage shopping and antiquing, writing, and going out to concerts.
I am really passionate about holistic healing practices and being able to uplift my music scene.
I also have my own vintage vending pop-up business where I sell vintage clothes and antiques with my best friend around the city.
