Looking for a room (Chicago)

Hi! I'm a 21 year old ftm looking for somewhere to live before the end of March.
No major preferences aside from under $800 a month (before utilities) and a generally respectful household.
I don't have any pets currently but I'm a big animal lover.
I'm an artist and generally keep to myself but don't mind being outgoing on occasion if the people are right.
Would like to stay north-ish for convenience and I have my own bedroom furniture that I would like to keep.
