Hey there! New to area.
Seeking a room to rent or private studio from Feb 29 or March 1.
I’ll live with my daughter.
She’s 13.
I work 2 jobs and attend grad school.
I don’t have time to help or give other favors for discounted or free rent.
Room in exchange for money in a business relationship only.
Specific regions or close/between: Uptown Lakeview East Lincoln Park North Center Please let me know if you have anything.
I also have a few applications out for private apartment.
This gets really expensive to apply to several at once though.
Not familiar with these move in fees before you even get approved or denied for anything… Available for mutual exchange of Facebook or LinkedIn.
Not super interested in sending my pictures to strangers.
Budget $1200-1400 monthly depending on size and what’s on offer.
