At the moment we are hiring:
* Full time leasing agents and brokers to start as soon as possible (will consider part time for the right person).
This is an independent contractor role (1099).

We walk you through the entire process of leasing apartments from lead generation, prospecting, & closing your first deals to follow up, marketing and repeat business.

* We share an office with a real-estate developer that owns hundreds of units around the city, allowing us first opportunity at renting their properties.
You will be exposed to the development, leasing, and property management side of real-estate.

*WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:*
* Hardworking, motivated individuals who are looking to develop their career in real-estate;
* Must be professional in attitude and appearance, and have knowledge of the city;
* Must have an automobile, a valid driver's license and be willing to work evenings and weekends;
* Full time agents needed to work 5-6 days a week
* Must be very organized and have a very strong work ethic.
Previous experience in the industry is preferred;
* If you are new to real estate, please describe any sales or customer service experience you feel would be transferrable!
