2016 Indian Vintage Chief for sale, MINT condition, one owner - $8,000 (Oak Park)

I have a 2016 Indian Vintage Chief I inherited a few years ago that I must sell ASAP, my house is under closing and I need to clear out everything.
The bike was a family member's (who passed away) and it is in MINT condition.
It is ruby/maroon red, and has all the leather accessories.
I run it around the block every so many days to keep it tuned.
I have a CLEAN TITLE in hand, bike is paid off, registration is expired since 2022, needs insurance.
I have all the dealership paperwork from when it was bought (brand new, solo owner).
One or two dealership recall notices (simple fixes) as well.
Key fob works but you will need to get a new one as it the battery slips out.
I have both fork lock keys as well.

Blue book is about $11k so please make a GOOD OFFER and make it fast.
You could easily make $2k off this thing if you wanted to just buy and hold and sell.
