Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Jettison is representing a law firm who is seeking to hire a commercial real estate attorney with 5+ years of broad commercial real estate experience, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, zoning/entitlements, construction, and loan documentation.
*Responsibilities:* * Draft and negotiate real estate contracts and leases for all real estate asset classes * Handle all aspects of retail development projects for developers Entitlement work.
* Close commercial acquisitions and dispositions * Due diligence/title/survey review, negotiate and close financing transactions.
*Qualifications:* * Must be admitted to practice in State of Illinois * 5+ years of commercial real estate law experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $120,000.
00 - $150,000.
