Zurich North America is hiring an Business Practices & Project Consultant (Technology and Data Legal Services) to join our team! We are open to hiring talent in our Schaumburg, IL location.
Participate in the delivery of strategic priorities and process, technology, and automation improvements including:
Delivery of Self-Service Tools
Continuous process improvement
Strategic cost optimization through metrics & automation
Legal Services Hub enhancements
Encourage usage/Enhancement of Knowledge Management process
Other improvements as identified throughout the year
Strengthen data capabilities for better decision making
Make foundational investment in tools for simplifying processes.
Drive business performance through cost optimization
Research and demo new legal and legal-related technology tools, such as SERFF APIs, Westlaw APIs, and Legal Tracker HighQ
Maintain and enhance reporting dashboards
Matter Management Automation
In day-to-day responsibilities, ensure delivery of the following core services with consistent focus on timeliness, quality and proactive communication and alignment with stakeholder to ensure customer satisfaction:
Business/Data Analysis
Excel Tool Support
Technology Support and Maintenance
Data, analytics, and IT liaison
Administration and support of core systems such as iTrac, SERFF, and Legal Tracker
Technology support and maintenance (Operation requests)
Monthly Metric Report Production (Legal Services Metrics, Operations Metrics, Filing Analyst Metrics, KPI Metrics, Implementation Metrics)
SharePoint Admin and Support
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the Insurance Operations area
OR
High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in the Insurance or Operations area
OR
Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the Insurance or Operations area
AND
Project management experience
Experience in preparing and delivering presentations
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated Organizational and analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Ability to multi-task
Experience working in a team environment
