Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with Company standards, regulations and procedures related to quality control
Review daily and weekly reports and make recommendations for improving productivity and efficiency
Train and Mentor adjusters and customer service representatives
Perform process audits to ensure adherence to procedures and recommend process improvements
Manage and respond to DOI and BBB complaints
Identify and address common claims processing errors, formulate solutions to resolve issues and implement process improvement initiatives
Develop and conduct quality audits within NAIC guidelines

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, preferred
5+ years related Auto Physical Damage supervisor experience
Leadership skills; ability to plan, organize, delegate
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet associated timelines
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft word and excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish, preferred
