We are searching for a full-time staff member to join our Professional Services Administration team.
This individual will support our growing team with the integration of data between multiple systems for the purpose of preparing administrative support for Pension funds.
This position will be based in Naperville.

Essential job duties:
• Comprehensive administrative support for multiple pension funds
• Scan and file member files
• Electronically file records, documents, and correspondence
• Prepare letter and affidavits to all retirees
• Create meeting agendas and board meeting packets
• Attend quarterly meetings, take notes, and transcribe minutes
• Process invoices for payment
• Correspond via email with pension fund trustees
• Communicate with accountants within the firm and several Pension Fund attorneys
• Other projects as assigned
Position Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organization skills
• Must be able to travel locally and have reliable transportation

• Strong organizations skills and detail-oriented
• Highly motivated, self-starter
