Technical Support:
Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for internal end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently according to set SLA.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT problems related to systems, applications, and network connectivity.
Collaborate with other associates to escalate and resolve issues.
Respond to calls, tickets and emails to troubleshoot reported issues in a helpdesk environment.
Complete basic troubleshooting and provide IT support for Desktops, Printers, Peripherals and Operating Systems.
Perform user on-boarding and off-boarding according to IT Policies.
Some travel may be required.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, configurations, inventory, and troubleshooting procedures.
Daily System Monitoring and Reporting.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align IT solutions accordingly.
Communicate effectively with end-users to provide clear instructions and updates on issue resolution.
Participate in regular meetings to discuss ongoing projects, challenges, and improvements.
Escalate IT issues with vendors and maintain/build vendor relationships.
Security and Compliance:
Enforce security protocols to safeguard against unauthorized access and data breaches.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies related to IT systems.
Required Education and Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Tier 2 IT support or greater role.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Hands on experience with AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, O365, Windows OS
Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, firewalls and switches.
Experience with virtualization technologies.
Experience with cloud computing platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a small, distributed team.
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.
g.
, PowerShell).
Familiarity with internal and external audits.
Familiarity with IT security best practices.
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
