What you'll be responsible for: Circle is looking for an experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager to support the design, implementation and operation of the Regulatory Compliance Program.
As a member of the Compliance Programs team, you will help to create a central global function focused on developing a best in class compliance management system, which will support all regional and core compliance team functions.
This team is responsible for risk management through a combination of development, assessment, and oversight of key compliance programs throughout Circle.
The Regulatory Compliance Manager will be responsible for the timely execution and submission of regulatory reports required in connection with Circle's payments licenses in the U.
S.
and international markets.
In addition, you will support the development and execution of critical regulatory compliance programs (i.
e.
examinations, escheatment, customer protection).
The right candidate will possess and demonstrate strong regulatory reporting knowledge and experience.
What you'll work on: Overseeing Circle's regulatory reporting obligations and ensuring timely submission of all required filings, as necessary.
Providing direct support to all internal stakeholder groups to assess, validate, and ensure accuracy of all reports.
Assessing, developing, and maintaining proper controls, robust documentation, and change management approach for all reporting areas to provide assurance that Circle is operating a best-in-class reporting environment.
Staying current on new and evolving regulatory reporting requirements, assess impact, and ensure compliance for accurate reporting.
Maintaining and overseeing applicable U.
S and international regulatory licenses, including renewals and regulatory notifications.
Providing support and input for related audits and examinations from internal/external parties and collaborating with compliance program leads to ensure findings are appropriately remediated.
Supporting, implementing, and maintaining regulatory compliance program areas (examinations, escheatment, customer protection).

What you'll bring to Circle: 7+ years experience in compliance, regulatory, or related discipline within a financial institution.
Detailed knowledge and experience in regulatory compliance program implementation and ongoing maintenance.
Excellent ability to investigate, analyze, and interpret data as well as state and federal regulations.
Experience working with and presenting to cross functional team leaders.
Passionate about financial technology and the disruptive potential of cryptocurrency and blockchains, are a team player with a sense of humor, and enjoy learning but also mentoring.
Comfortable working in an evolving and growing environment that is prone to changes, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable working autonomously and independently with minimal guidance but are also capable of working collaboratively as part of a team.
Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.

Base Pay Range: $130,000 - $170,000 Annual Bonus Target: 15% Also Included: Equity & Benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
