Legal Assistants on the Restaurant Development Legal Team:
Have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to handle multiple competing priorities and embody a collaborative team spirit, strong work ethic, and unwavering reliability
Think strategically to address business needs and are intellectually curious and motivated to grow their expertise under the coaching and mentorship of our experienced team members
Harness technology to drive efficiencies within the team, such as by generating form documents, creating automated approval workflows, or managing the flow of information with our law firms and business clients
Build relationships with other functions and work collaboratively to process invoices and payments, oversee the timely delivery and receipt of electronic and physical mail, organize and manage paper and electronic records, and independently handle other routine requests and inquiries
Qualifications
1+ years prior administrative and/or project management experience
High School/GED required
A basic understanding of and ability to identify and analyze various real estate documents to identify key business terms
Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office technologies, including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams, and strong ability to quickly adopt and utilize other document management, matter management, and real estate database technologies
