Job Description
McDonald’s Property Management Legal Team is a is a dynamic, experienced team of real estate legal professionals who preserve and reinforce McDonald’s real estate interests at our over 14,000+ U.
S.
restaurants in a fast-paced environment to ensure our restaurants are open and operating, creating feel good moments for our customers.
In particular, the Property Management Legal Team:
Legal Assistants on the Property Management Team are expected to:
Support team members to process invoices, manage mail deliveries and electronic correspondence, organize and manage paper and electronic records, coordinate travel, and independently handle other routine requests and inquiries
Help develop team efficiencies and lead change efforts to streamline and modernize existing processes
Be intellectually curious and adaptable to change, including adopting new technologies to drive efficiency
Have excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize higher value work, and handle deadline pressures and sensitive information
Have a basic understanding of and ability to identify various real estate documents
Work well individually and also as part of a team, and demonstrate reliability, strong work-ethic, collaboration, and collaboration with colleagues
Think strategically and be an active contributor to efforts to achieve team goals and objectives
Qualifications
Individual who is driven by values of inclusiveness, kindness, equity, and professionalism and is motivated, intellectually curious, and eager to learn
High School or equivalent experience required (college degree preferred)
1 – 3 years prior administrative and/or project management experience preferred
Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office technologies, including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams, and strong ability to quickly adopt and utilize other document management, matter management, and real estate database technologies
