Are you a skilled attorney in real estate law? We are seeking a highly qualified Mid-Level Associate to join our client's dynamic Real Estate team in the Chicago office.
Who We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
We're seeking individuals who have a strong background in drafting and negotiating documents related to various commercial real estate transactions, including development, purchases and sales, real estate secured loans, modification and workout documents, leases, and related due diligence work.
Expertise:
Candidates should possess expertise in zoning and land use matters, with experience leading and presenting various types of land use entitlement cases.
We're looking for individuals who can demonstrate their ability to handle a broad spectrum of real estate matters with confidence and proficiency.
