Swanson Martin & Bell, LLP has an opening for an experienced Litigation Paralegal.
The ideal candidate is someone who is energetic, detail-oriented, able to manage busy attorneys, and work independently.
While this role is remote, the candidate needs to be located either in the Kansas City or St.
Louis area.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparing e-filings for court, scheduling depositions where there are many parties involved, legal research, opening new files, time entry, and day-to-day responsibilities.
Required Experience & Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of trial experience
Ability to work effectively both independently and with a team, to assist attorneys
Excellent communication skills, including attention to detail in writing
Proficient in Microsoft skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Document Management System (DMS) experience
