Job Summary
We are seeking a candidate with 4-6 years of M&A deal experience, preferably in a top-tier law big firm.
The position is designed for attorneys adept in sophisticated M&A transactions, particularly in the realm of private equity.
Responsibilities and Duties
Lead and manage large-scale private company M&A deals.
Engage in private equity transactions, joint ventures, and buyouts.
Maintain strong client interaction and develop lasting relationships.
Oversee corporate governance issues.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior attorneys.
Qualifications and Skills
Admission to the Illinois Bar.
Superior academic credentials and outstanding writing abilities.
4-6 years of experience in handling complex large deals at a top law firm.
Compensation
The anticipated base salary range is $295,000-370,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications, skills, gepgraphic location and relevant experience.
