*A successful Records Analyst will possess strong technology, problem-solving, and listening skills along with a strong customer service ethic.
They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to effectively serve as the liaison between client staff and Epiq teams.
In addition, they must have well developed time management skills, being able to handle multiple, competing priorities while remaining adaptable to changes.

*Essential Job Responsibilities*
• Provide leadership on special projects including leading project meetings, analyzing data, tracking progress, and managing documentation.
Individual will serve as primary point of contact/liaison.
• Assist in evaluating and defining of project scopes and objectives and can effectively communicate status updates and make recommendations for improvements.
• Assist with developing and presenting records management education tools for departmental and client staff.
• Compile reports based on requested criteria.
Should be able to prepare lists, analyses, and reports in accordance with organizational needs, known requirements, and good records management practices.
• Complete cross-training to ensure ability to support all records functions.
Able to operate effectively within reasonable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
• Ensures compliance with business protocol, regulatory and best records management practices requirements.
• Coordinates information creation, receipt, storage, retrieval and disposition.
*Qualifications & Requirements*
* High School Diploma or GED, some college preferred
* 1-3 years experience in records management, law firm environment preferred
* Familiarity with FileTrail, iManage, LegalKey.
* Familiarity with imaging/scanning or electronic records management preferred
* Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook or Team
* Working knowledge of online project management tools/applications or ability to learn quickly
* Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills
* Detail oriented and attention to detail and accuracy
* Good organization skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
* Ability to function with a high level of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse conflict and collect accurate information
* Ability to lift to 40 lbs.
on a consistent basis with ability to stand, bend and stretch
