Large law firm client is seeking a seasoned Private Equity Finance Associate attorney with active Bar in IL with 3-6 years of substantive leveraged finance experience representing borrowers, private equity sponsors, financial institutions, direct lenders and other investors in a diverse range of debt finance work, including acquisition financings, dividend and other recapitalizations, asset-based facilities, general working capital facilities, and debt restructurings and reorganizations (including debtor-in-possession financings).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $250,000.
