Job Description Summary
DLA Piper is seeking a Junior Associate to join our Restructuring Group in any of our US offices.
The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 1-3 years of experience representing and advising companies experiencing financial difficulties, lenders and creditors in complex business reorganizations, debt restructurings and financing matters (ideally debtor-side experience).
We seek candidates with immediate transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized law schools.
DLA Piper has the one of the largest Restructuring practices globally.
Must be licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction in which you are applying.

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.

Pay Transparency
In accordance with California, New York and Washington State Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position, if hired to work in California, New York or Washington State, is $215,000 – $250,000 per year.
The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications.
