Aurora, IL Contracts and Corporate Governance Analyst Purpose of role: The Contracts and Corporate Governance Analyst will receive, assess and complete bids in response to requests for proposal (RFPs) from school districts for Roger and other amplification products.
Assist Phonak and Unitron commercial sales teams in responding to commercial customer RFPs; assist with state Medicaid and vocational rehab bids.
(70%) The Contracts and Corporate Governance Analyst will also Manage corporate governance activities in support of all US and Canadian operating entities in Hearing Instruments, Audiological Care and Consumer Hearing business units, including but not limited to Secretary of State filings, resolutions/unanimous written consents of directors/members/managers of entity, and interfacing with CSC as registered agent for service of process.
