```Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Immigration Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a background in legal administrative work.
As an Immigration Paralegal, you will be responsible for assisting Company activities related to Immigration.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, has strong project management skills, and is passionate about helping clients navigate the immigration process.
* It entails sending a Legal Questionnaire to new employees along with a checklist of documents; following up with new employees and obtaining the same.
* Preparation of Petition support letters and forms
* Track LCAs from project to project and Should apply all types of LCA's.
* Taking care of all US immigration activities including processing of H1, H4 visas
* Manage all contractual employees and services.
* Co-ordination with the US Immigration Attorneys for all immigration process
* Prepare Offer Letters, Employment agreement letters, STEM Extension Letters, Consulate Letters and Experience Letters.
* H -1B Amendment, H -1B Extension, H -1B Transfer, H4 Dependents visa filing, H4 EAD filing, including preparation of supporting documents for PERM / I -140 Perm Audits.
* Ensure employees are well prepared to face H1B/L1/B1 visa interviews before the consulates along with complete and accurate documentation.
* To communicate with employees and managers on the progress of the applications
* Coordinate and track all immigration and relocation cases throughout the end-to-end process.
* Strong experience in documents verification for Visa processing.
*Key Skills required:*
* Must have 2+ years of experience and exposure in area of USA visa processing is mandatory
* Expertise in handling all visa types in corporate level
* Must have Experience working with USA Immigration Attorney and providing with necessary Documentation
* Experience with LCA Filings for H1b Amendments
