Paralegal

FAMILY LAW AND CRIMINAL FIRM SEEKING PARALEGAL We are looking for a paralegal with 1-3+ years experience in family law, spanish fluency, and is passionate about helping clients obtain their goals.
We are a small yet busy law firm located in Berwyn with a satellite office in Hinsdale.
Venditti Law Group has been serving the Chicago land area now for 5 years primarily in the areas of criminal defense and family law.
Our clients are primarily individuals who speak english as a second language or spanish entirely, so fluency in spanish is a must.
The position of paralegal will consist of: * communicating with clients * receiving and sending mail/email * collecting payments/retainers * intake of new clients * drafting and editing pleadings/court documents * e-filing * assisting staff/attorneys * discovery review and preparation of discovery/financials * updating and maintaining court calendar * proficiency in word and outlook * basic understanding of mycase software is a plus but not required We are looking to fill this position quickly so please respond with a cover letter and resume and we will contact you as soon as we can.
