Safety Compliance Manager

```Duties``` - Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations - Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions - Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and develop strategies for prevention - Collaborate with management to develop and deliver safety training programs for employees - Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, and training activities - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and changes in safety regulations - Fabricate safety signage and equipment as needed ```Requirements``` - Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field preferred - Proven experience as a Safety Manager or similar role - In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and workers' compensation laws - Strong understanding of occupational health principles and practices - Experience in conducting root cause analysis for accidents and incidents - First aid, CPR, and AED certification required - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing abilities - Ability to develop and deliver effective safety training programs - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
