Kodiak Solutions is seeking a talented attorney to work on our legal team and serve as a subject matter expert on a range of issues related to engagements with Kodiak’s customers and vendors.
An ideal candidate for the role will have a solid understanding of commercial technology transactions, license, master, and subscription agreements.
Experience in revenue cycle management is preferred and a definite plus.
Equivalent experience in healthcare, vendor or IT contracts will be considered.
The candidate must be a clear communicator and be able to collaborate across functions.
The specific areas of focus and responsibilities may change based on company priorities, new legal issues, and the regulatory and competitive landscape.
Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and day-to-day support to internal stakeholders Advise on legal issues related to revenue cycle management Contract review and negotiation Work with internal stakeholders and external clients to identify and resolve legal issues.
Minimum Qualifications J.
D.
degree from an accredited law school and membership in at least one U.
S.
state bar 7+ years legal experience, including at a law firm and/or in-house experience with technology companies (applicable technology or product will be considered) In-house experience negotiating contracts in revenue management, healthcare, or IT setting Experience counseling and advising clients on risk mitigation strategies across technology product platforms Strong people skills with ability to build rapport with people at all levels Proven ability to successfully interact with internal/external clients and vendors Preferred Qualifications Experience working proactively, independently, and reliably under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment Experience collaborating at all levels of the business across functions including executive and C-suite Experience in advancing complex initiatives in a highly charged multi-stakeholder environment Enjoy understanding new technologies About Kodiak Solutions This is an exciting time to join our growing Kodiak Solutions team! Crowe invested in the idea, providing the resources and support necessary to launch the RCA product and organically grow the practice to its current state, now offering a broad suite of software and services that help healthcare CFOs solve challenges across financial reporting, revenue cycle, and risk and compliance.
