Associate Attorney

Responsibilities: This is a litigation / trial firm.
You'll handle cases from start to finish: initial pleadings through settlement / trial.
Westlaw and a full physical legal library are available for use.
Cases will include, but not be limited to: 1.
Family Law (Pre and Post Decree) 2.
Orders of Protection 3.
Guardianships 4.
Probate and Probate Litigation 5.
Trusts and Trust Litigation 6.
General Litigation 7.
Personal Injury / Wrongful Death Qualifications: - Juris Doctor (J.
D.
) degree from an accredited law school - Admission to the state bar association - 2+ years of experience as an attorney Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and does not encompass all tasks or responsibilities that may be required.
