Transactional Attorney

We are seeking a transactional attorney with a concentration in estate/asset protection planning and administration and business planning.
This position requires a highly motivated and organized individual with some previous experience in corporate and estate planning.
Illinois Bar license is required.
This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation and benefits.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities: * Provide legal support to clients and assist other attorneys; * Maintain client relationships; * Prepare corporate documents; and * Prepare wills and trusts.
Qualifications: * Illinois Bar License; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; and * Strong legal knowledge.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $60,000.
