Associate Attorney - Workers Compensation

We are an injury litigation law firm in Chicago's loop seeking to add an associate attorney in our workers compensation litigation department.
We have been in business over 40 years.
We believe in treating everyone with respect and fairness.
Our preference is for an attorney with prior workers compensation experience.
Your experience will be reflected in your compensation package.
Candidates should possess the ability to manage their own caseload and assist the partners, resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients and advocate for clients in court.
This individual will build client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for clients.
Salary will depend on qualifications, experience and work ethic and productivity.
*Responsibilities* * Manage caseload of 100 cases or more * Maintain client relationships * Prepare legal documents such as court motions, proposed findings, Statement of Exceptions, etc.
*Qualifications* * Admittance to the IL bar * Juris Doctorate (JD) * Bachelor's degree (BA) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Strong legal knowledge * Workers' Compensation experience (either Petitioner or Respondent) * Trial experience * Deposition experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.
00 - $150,000.
