Title Assistant

*Job Summary* A wide range of administrative or support duties that broadly support residential and commercial title processes.
Responds to inquiries, reviews, and validates the accuracy and completeness of data.
Fields incoming phone calls.
Provides customer service to external clients and field offices.
Will act in a liaison role and work with multiple parties to coordinate the resolution and completion of the title process.
May also be in a specialized support role that supports the title process.

Creates and maintains files Responds to inquiries and gathers information.
Communicates information and prepares documentation Communicates with internal and external groups Other duties as assigned *Knowledge and Skills* Softpro experience preferred but not required Title Insurance experience preferred but not required Experience with MS Office suite Excellent verbal/written communication skills Able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times Strong detail orientation Customer service orientation Exercises good judgment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.
50 - $19.
